Erika A. Iserhoff (Mushkego/Eeyou) is a member of Constance Lake First Nation, with family ties to Fort George, Quebec.

Erika has over 20 years experience in Indigenous arts and cultural granting. She was the Indigenous Arts Officer at the Ontario Arts Council (OAC), from 2019 to 2025, and the Grants Facilitator at the Indigenous Culture Fund, from 2017 to 2019. In 2022, she planned and facilitated the Indigenous Arts Support Fund. In these strategic initiatives she was an active and vocal advocate for Indigenous revitalization, self-determination, and reconciliation.

Prior to the OAC, Erika was also an award-winning artistic director and general manager at Native Women in the Arts, from 2011 to 2017.

For over 10 years, she has also developed Strong Earth, a group of Indigenous Elders and Knowledge Keepers providing land-based traditional teachings to regain sovereignty and promote general health and wellness for Indigenous people.
